Hello everyone! July 17-20 is fast approaching and we have a few important points that we have to tell you about:

1) We need correct numbers for each of the events as soon as possible as the hotel needs them to make sure we have enough food available. We need to have those numbers by 7 days before the event so if you have not sent in your RSVP for the Welcome Reception, please do so by July 10. You need to send in your RSVP for the Grand Ball by July 12. You can call me or Joe Graciosa – our phone numbers are on the website. I will be at Caesar’s starting on July 16 – in the afternoon.

2) We will have a Mass of Thanksgiving and Remembrance at 6:00 PM on Thursday, July 17, followed by the Welcome Reception. There will be a registration table in the foyer outside the Milano/Neapolitan rooms and that will be manned starting 5:00 PM.

3) I will give the hotel registration desk a note that will have the schedule of events - to be given to everyone as soon as you register. When you register, please make sure that you tell them that you are with ASOCIMAI.

4) If anyone uses their comp/rewards to pay for their room, please make sure to tell the registration desk that you are with ASOCIMAI because the comp people will not be credited to us unless you say so. Please also give me the name that you are registered under for crediting purposes. We had contracted for a specific number of rooms in November, 2024 and we were not able to reach that number by two weeks ago so I had to reduce our contracted number of rooms by 20% in order to limit our attrition charges. We also need to reach a certain amount in food and beverage based on the number of rooms we are contracted for. So we need your help in trying to limit those attrition charges.

5) We were given a certain number of free self-parking spaces. We have 7 available. If anyone of you is driving, give me the name of the driver as printed on their license, and the car make, color and number – first come, first served.

6) We will have 2 exhibitors: Ayen’s (whom most of you already know) and Ayala Land. They will be at the Verona Room starting July 17. Please take the time to visit them.

I think that’s everything for now. Just don’t forget to tell the Registration desk that you are with ASOCIMAI even if you get a comp room.
